3 Mile run with my Husband in the a.m.- I LOVE a city run!

In my cd player on the ride into work- 'The Kin', the opening band for Rod Stewart who I interviewed on Friday - and two really, really nice guys.

Caught up with my Charlottesville News Anchor best friend, Cheryn- who keeps me laughing with her dry wit, and eternal optimism (lol, kind of kidding!) She keeps it real! One of the things I miss most about my old home (www.newsplex.com)

And today I'm fighting the good fight to stay off coffee, soda, alcohol, and most things chocolate.

YOOOWWCCHH! This is harder than I expected- especially because I normally have caffeine on an IV drip.
